PLEASE READ BELOW for updates with regards to your dental care during this time

  • We are following the most recent Maryland State Dental Association recommendation to delay all elective and non-urgent treatment 3 weeks out. If all goes as planned and no additional changes or mandates occur, we will be back in full operation on April 13th.

  • Beginning Friday, March 20th, 2020 and until April 13th, our phone lines ARE OPERATING Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am-2pm.

  • Our treatment coordinator, Jayde, would be available to take calls and WILL have access to all office and patient records remotely utilizing a fully HIPAA compliant and secure software.

  • Dr. Grigoryan and her assistants Rashane and Shannon will remain on an “on-call basis” for any emergencies with existing or new patients and will provide care as needed for such patients during those hours.

  • AFTER-HOUR emergency requests/questions should be submitted through our online portal by CLICKING HERE and Dr. Grigoryan would be in touch with you via TEXT MESSAGE to help answer your questions, triage your emergencies, and schedule care as needed. This portal will also be available for patients who have any questions/concerns regarding their ongoing treatment with Dr. Armine Grigoryan.

  • Please DO NOT go to the ER or local urgent care facilities with any dental related emergencies! Pass this message on to your family members and friends! We will take care of such emergencies so as to limit COVID-19 exposure for yourself and your loved ones.

  • While the current public health emergency situation is very much fluid and constantly changing, we are doing all that we can to SAFELY maintain continuity of care for our patients. During this difficult time, we are making use of technology as much as possible to communicate with and help our patients. We ask that you PLEASE read our emails and text messages and DO NOT UNSUBSCRIBE from such communication until things are back to some form of “normal” as this is the ONLY way we have left to maintain contact for an unknown period of time.

  • Our final request is that you maintain and respect your future appointment times as we are concerned of creating a “bottleneck effect” with patient care upon returning to full operation. The ONLY way to avoid this is to plan, schedule, and STICK to the schedule.

IMPORTANT: If you are infected with COVID-19 or think you may have been infected, please contact us before coming in. This way we can instruct you on where to go and how to proceed for the safety of all.

Contact us with any questions. We are here to help you.
